Gunsmiths-United Video Game Gun Contest entry

A lever-action plasma shotgun. It uses Electron Charge Packs as it's ammo, and they're stored in the integrated tubular magazine. One shot uses up all the energy from one ECP, making it a powerful and dangerous weapon. Underbarrel knife added for 90% more stabby stab stab. With this gun, killing those degenerates from the NCR and others will be fun and easy.
